💁🏻陳皮煲雞湯🐔
👉🏻功效：中益氣,強筋骨。
👉🏻用途：適用於身體虛弱、四肢無力酸軟。

👉🏻材料：黃芪10克,淮山10克,枸杞子6克,牛蒡3克，升麻3克,白芍3克,陳皮3克,雞腿300克，清水100毫升,鹽適量。

👉🏻做法：1.材料洗淨,瀝乾水分。2.雞腿切小塊,氽水後洗淨備用3.將藥材放進瓦鍋內,加清水煮45分鐘成藥.
